Yes, a visit to our spa complex with a spacious swimming pool, hammam and sauna is always included in the price on any day of the week. Additional charges include spa treatments, massages and access to the private area of the spa complex with drinks and snacks.

What food options are provided for guests with children, do you have a buffet?Response:
Every morning, our restaurant serves a hearty buffet breakfast that is perfect for the whole family. For lunch and dinner, we offer a variety of Swiss and signature cuisine from an individual menu. A children's menu is provided for younger guests so that your family vacation is hassle-free.

How are things going with on-site parking if we arrive in our car for the weekend?Response:
We have a small paid underground parking for 9 places on site. Unfortunately, we do not book seats in advance. Upon arrival, if there is a parking space, you will be able to enter the parking lot. The cost is 360 rubles/hour or 3600 rubles per day. There is also a city parking near the bridge (Zemlyanoy Val Street) next to the hotel.

What is the «Chocolate Hour», which is so often written about in reviews, and when does it take place?Response:
This is our good tradition, which creates a real holiday atmosphere for the guests. Every day from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the bar, we treat guests to our chef's signature desserts for free. This is a great way to sweeten your relaxation after active walks in the fresh air.

We plan to spend a romantic weekend with you. Are there any special services for couples?Response:
You can order a romantic breakfast in your room instead of going to the restaurant. This is a set of dishes for two, which can be booked after selecting a room directly on the website. You can also spend time together at our spa complex by signing up for a Balinese steam massage or a comprehensive spa treatment in the spa suite, where you can spend time together in the private hammam and Jacuzzi. In the restaurant, you can arrange a beautiful romantic dinner by ordering an author's or Swiss specialty dinner.

What time is the check-in and check-out, is it possible to arrive early so as not to waste the first day of rest?Response:
The standard check-in time starts at 15.00, and check-out is scheduled until 12.00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are charged additionally.

Do I need to book pool and sauna visits in advance?Response:
Access to the spa complex is free for all guests staying, so pre-registration for swimming in the pool is not required. In general, the workload of the spa complex largely depends on the workload of the hotel and there are fewer vacationing guests in the pool on weekdays. Massages and other spa treatments are available by appointment only. If you want to relax in the spa in guaranteed silence, we recommend that you sign up for a spa treatment so that you can relax in a private space after the session.

What interesting and unusual things can you try at your restaurant for dinner?Response:
The restaurant serves Swiss cuisine, rare in Moscow. We recommend you to try tender Zurich-style veal, spicy casimir rice, beef steak tartare and Swiss carrot cake. There are also many original dishes from the chef, served on art plates and inspired by Marc Chagall's paintings: seared beef with kimchi cabbage, stewed pear with raspberry sauce and other dishes.
